3. Do you offer returns or refunds?
No, all sales are final. Since we are a dropshipping store, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at edvinosbusiness@gmail.com, and we will work to resolve the issue.
4. Are your cameras new or used?
All cameras are new. We ensure that all cameras are in great condition unless otherwise stated in the product description.
5. Do you provide warranties on cameras?
No, we do not offer warranties. We recommend testing the camera upon arrival and handling it with care.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 5 days for the tracking information to update.
7. Will I have to pay customs fees?
Your country may charge customs duties or import taxes. These fees are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Orders can only be canceled within 3 hours of purchase. After that, the order is processed and cannot be changed or refunded.
